Tea - Magic potion for Diarrhea - Loose motions (दस्त के लिए उपाय)

All of us know, how much torture diarrhea can cause. Those who are still unaware
(to some extent) Diarrhea is loose, watery stools (bowel movements). You have diarrhea if you have loose stools three or more times in one day. Acute diarrhea is diarrhea that lasts a short time. It is a common problem. It usually lasts about one or two days, but it may last longer.

There can be many reasons lead to diarrhea. Unhealthy and unhygienic food is on top of list. Further, there can be mismatch food like citrus foods or yogurt with milk and milk products that can lead to short term diarrhea.

But, what more important is, diarrhea come with a surprise in the morning. You may have planned for a trip, getting ready for the meeting or simply want to relax. But, not anymore, this creepy thing won't let you relax on most relaxing space of your home - your toilet seat!!

Normally, everyone spends sometime on their pot seat reading, playing games or just planning the day. But, with diarrhea, its never been easy!
